" Primal Hippie "

Primal Hippie is a holistic approach towards a happy life. Sounds easy right? Most of what I am going to blog about is personal experience, I want to share my success but probably more importantly my mistakes to help you become the best you that you can be. I'm going to share one thing right off that might go against everything you've heard on every advertisement you've ever seen....There isn't a one size fits all approach to life. We are all individuals, we all have different needs, wants and dreams. The job of your wellness representative whether it be your family physician, a health coach, life coach or any other is to approach each person individually, figure out their goals and discuss methods to reach those goals. Where does Primal Hippie fit in? My approach to living a happy life is to first break down the walls of traditional thinking. The my way is the only way mentality is outdated. There is a new generation of open minded people that are willing to use non traditional methods to reach your goals, I am one of those open minded people. I am a certified primal health coach, certified in chakra and energy work, and have a diploma as a natural health consultant. I believe that being proactive in your health is the only way to truly be healthy and happy. I believe that your family physician plays a major roll but sadly doctors have little to no knowledge of nutrition. A recent survey showed that 71% of medical schools provide less that 25 hours of nutrition and health.

My blog posts are in no way meant to diagnose or cure any disease, I don't claim to know the secrets of the universe.
